The easiest way to make a smoothie is this. There are many types of special mixers (Mixer, Smoothie Maker). If you buy a nice one for yourself, you will use it for a long time.

The recipe is:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 50-80 g of frozen fruit (varieties of anise and rock)
  • 50-100 ml of apple juice or cold water
