Whether it is better to drink tea or coffee is still debated not only in us, but in other developed countries... However, I just thought about this today, because I used to drink whatever I came across before, 😆😅. Now it has a few special tools of its own...
... more on that or the tools I use in the next series!
I personally use 3 cups of coffee and 1 liter of tea a day... I tried to find academic information from international data, but I couldn't find such a confirmation in 5 minutes. The most interesting thing is that, despite this, well-known newspapers and magazines have written a lot about it. It can almost be seen as a fight between the coffee and tea lobby, 😂🤣.

Энд бичсэнээр бол АНУ-дAccording to a study conducted among 300,000 people aged 50-74 between 2006 and 2020, both have a positive effect on health. However, adjust the amount to 3 cups of coffee or 5 cups of tea per day.
Here are the results: Coffee and tea drinkers had a 32 percent lower risk of stroke and a 28 percent lower risk of dementia than those who didn't drink coffee or tea at all.
So which one is better? I don't see any problem with the caffeine content, just drink 2 more cups of tea a day.

Note also that by good effect here we are always talking about the best quality products! Especially from products whose quality criteria are not known, I immediately buy batteries, ☠️.
Coffee and tea are epidemiologists' and my favorite caffeinated beverages. Compared to alcohol, tobacco, and sugar, it has a positive value. According to the results reported here and there, people who drink 3 cups of coffee or 5 cups of good quality tea a day have a lower risk of early death.
The most important thing is that it is good to learn to use it in a limited amount, because drinking coffee after 15:00 is not a good solution, you should drink tea instead. Because it contains relatively little caffeine.
Will I die from coffee poisoning, haha, I dreamed. Because 75-100 cups of coffee or 10-14 grams of caffeine can kill an adult. This is more likely with energy drinks containing 320 mg of caffeine per liter, especially since the synergistic effect with other ingredients can raise blood pressure in susceptible individuals and increase the risk of cardiac arrhythmias. This is less common with coffee and tea. The common belief that caffeine increases blood pressure is only true for most people in the first few weeks. In fact, I say from my experience that our body gets used to it quickly. Some people experience heart palpitations after consuming large amounts, but studies have shown that this is not related.
Be very careful with energy drinks with high caffeine content. In general, if possible, do not use it!
