How to make cheesecake at home?

(With curd or cheese)

Food Recipe

When I was a student, my neighbor's wife used to bake this cheesecake for me sometimes because she helped me fix her computer. And when I left school after graduation, I had no way to learn how to make this cake myself.

Ok, if you have a foreign language, the opportunity to find and try and learn various interesting things from anywhere is very high on the Internet.

The name of the recipe I found is Swirling Cake, a.h. The name probably comes from the fact that the 2 layers change places while baking in the oven, and it is also a type of cheesecake. It should be like this, it should be like this, it's not about what law is being broken, 😅😂. I don't know about many, but I found this version very easy to learn. Because all the ingredients are also available in the store next to the house. If you can't find packaged, packaged, reliable ingredients, you can try substituting them.

What is most important is Capital (Backpulver = German, baking powder = English) Lemon. So let's first explain why these two are important.

  1. Stock (Backpulver) = Compared to the old fermenting stock, which rests in a warm place for several hours, this is very easy because it can be mixed immediately without having to wait for it to ferment in a heated oven. When I was a child, there was a war for bread, haha.
  2. Lemon plays an important role in why this cake gets its name. Have you ever made a curd and asked why it is called Cheesecake? I think it's called that because, in my opinion, when you add whole lemon juice to the curd, it takes on the type and texture of the cheese during baking. If someone has a theory, they can add it.

Ok, the input is very easy (in German in parentheses):

  • 300 g Zucker
  • 150 gr Guril (Mehl)
  • 6 eggs (Ei(er))
  • 300 g of soft margarine or melted butter (Margarine, weich)
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar (Vanillezucker)
  • ¾ bag of Backpulver = I only do the full bag, I save the rest for when I will use it
  • 500 gr Aarc (Magerquark)
  • 1 bag of vanilla pudding powder (Puddingpulver, (Vanillepuddingpulver))
  • 1 Lemon or its or equivalent juice (Zitrone(n), den Saft davon)

If this whole cake is considered 1 serving, the following measurements are given (directly taken from the source):

Nutritional value kcal: Protein Oily Carbohydrates
(Nährwerte pro Portion kcal) (Eiweiß) (Fett) (Kohlenhydr.)
4980 129.89 gr 279.41 gr 483.55 gr

Ok, now that we have all our ingredients ready, here are some tools and containers to make our work easier:

  1. Гар хутгагч
  2. Давхар тагтай сав
  3. Жинлүүр
  4. Жигнэх хэв
  5. Жигнэх цаас

With these 5 helpers and tools, you'll only need 10 minutes to make the above Cake (the source took a little more time, it's up to everyone). Let me know if you have a new idea that is faster and tastes better than me. Thank you.

  • Time to do 35 minutes approx
  • Rest time 5 minutes approx
  • Baking time 55 minutes approx
  • Total 1 hour 35 minutes

Well, now the instructions are missing, here they are:

  1. First, mix 150 g of flour, 150 g of sugar, 150 g of margarine or butter, 3 eggs, 2 bags of vanilla sugar, and 3/4 bag of stock, mix well and put it in a baking paper-lined container.
  2. Put 150 g of sugar, 150 g of margarine or butter, 500 g of curd, 1 bag of vanilla pudding powder, 3 eggs, and squeeze the juice of 1 lemon on the upper layer or the same amount of prepared juice. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 55 minutes. Check with a wooden stick, if it's sticky, it's not done and bake for a few more minutes.
  3. You can also improve it by sprinkling fine sugar on top, or putting tangerines or suitable fruits between or on top of the 2 layers.

When placed in your heated oven
After it was done, I turned it over and it looked burnt on the top, haha

Later, I will take some pictures while making it and add it, maybe today or tomorrow, 😌.

Total items used, 1 egg missing, but just tasted it. It's delicious 😋 Total items used, 1 egg missing, but just tasted it. It's delicious 😋 Before stirring the bottom… Oh, they only make cheap curds with a lot of oil This time, as recommended by friends, I sandwiched a peach instead of a mandarin I tried it after it cooled down a bit... Now put it in the fridge and eat it tomorrow. By keeping it cold overnight, the density improves and it becomes even nicer Total items used, 1 egg missing, but just tasted it. It's delicious 😋

It's like that, why do you have a kitchen appliance? Since I have a child, I tried to study well myself and raise him healthy, and when he turned 16, he saw a doctor and said he was completely healthy🥳. Since he was little, he learned how to cook and bake from his parents and grandparents, and taught him by himself. I like to include pictures and foreign names, which may help you expand your understanding and self-study. I don't like unsourced and untruthful news, no matter how many famous people said or were there, 🤓🥱.

You can search on Google with the foreign name that I enter, and you can use Google translator to find what you searched for without me. Good luck, you can do it!

Is it bad for your Mongolian language? Try yourself, 🤨🧐🤓😎!

  • In professional journalism, there is a reviewer or editor before the article, isn't it (it's not MPP censorship, it's just language grammar and verification criteria🤪). Are they preparing badly, or have they stopped preparing?!
Anyone who is good at the language can easily understand the abbreviations. Especially with masculine and feminine words and word structure. If you are bad at the language, there is a high chance that you will not understand the abbreviation or the meaning. Learn the language yourself!
However, there has been an increase in poor-quality official censorship. Personally, I am very allergic to proverbs with distorted meanings,😈.
